What Can I Expect?

Using guided hypnosis, the therapist gets you into a relaxed and suggestible state. Your subconscious is open for you to explore the parts which hold the answers that you may or may not have been aware were hiding there.

But before you go into a trance, your therapist will discuss what you wish to achieve and the desired results for the issue(s) you want to be addressed.

You are next placed in a deeply relaxed state, which is called hypnosis, where the subconscious is in a high-state of focus and more receptive to positive ideas and new ideas will be able to take root, and new habits will form, you are in control throughout the process and will not do or say anything you don’t want to, you will be gently guided through.
