What is RTT?
Rapid Transformational Therapy is a hybrid therapy, that offers unparalleled results by combining the most beneficial principles of Hypnotherapy, NLP, Psychotherapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. Developed by the highly acclaimed Marisa Peer who has perfected this method over 30 years.
RTT is a solution-focused therapy. RTT is not counselling, counselling including CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) is valued and a help for people, the methods can take a while and could result in a struggle for some people to continue the therapy long term, resulting in habits and issues not being fully dealt with.
RTT is as it states in the title, RAPID. It’s a therapy that uses hypnotherapy to get to the cause and reframe that first and rather than concentrate too long on the symptom/s. If we deal with the cause and get rid of it, the symptoms will no longer exist.
What Can I Expect?
Using guided hypnosis, the therapist gets you into a relaxed and suggestible state. Your subconscious is open for you to explore the parts which hold the answers that you may or may not have been aware were hiding there. But before you go into a trance, your therapist will discuss what you wish to achieve and the desired results for the issue(s) you want to be addressed.
You are next placed in a deeply relaxed state, which is called hypnosis, where the subconscious is in a high-state of focus and more receptive to positive ideas and new ideas will be able to take root, and new habits will form, you are in control throughout the process and will not do or say anything you don’t want to, you will be gently guided through. You should drink plenty of water over the next several hours after the session, and know that result timelines are different for different people.
Some feel different straight away, some need to process emotions first, some people notice a gradual improvement over time and others don’t notice much as the results can be subtle, but when these people think back to a month ago, they then see how far they have come.
After the 90 min to 2 hr session (inc. consultation time) You will be sent a recorded audio that you’ll listen to for 21 consecutive days, twice a day. The audio will be approximately 20x minutes long. This is the positive reinforcement where the healthy habit/blue print is planted in your subconscious during the session, so listening to the recording is an extremely important part of the therapy, because our lives do reflect our thoughts, and our minds respond to habit, and you are forming new healthy habit/s. You are in charge of your life. RTT will help ground you and get focus on what you can change and how you to change it.
